- Government Issued Photo ID, such as a driver’s license (some properties require this to tour)
- Camera (in case you’d like to share photos with family or friends; also, properties sometimes blend together unless you have photos)
- Checkbook (for deposit, application & administrative fees as applicable if you decide to reserve a place on the day of your tour; many property managers do not accept credit card payments and require checks)
Also, if you have roommates, it’s important that all roommates are present for the tour.
